Carrageenan

I just tried this for the first time on a Gluten Free Blueberry bagel. It tastes like butter to me. But, I was saddened to read that this product contains carrageenan. I also have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and have read that carrageenan can trigger IBS, so this will be another product I will have to avoid. By the way, Costco's rotisserie chicken also has carrageenan.

I'm sorry but, this just doesn't have that same taste that real cream cheese does. I use cream cheese for bagels but, most people on here are saying that they use it for cooking which sure maybe that works but, if you're trying to find a really good vegan cream cheese for some bagels... this ain't it. Kite Hill and Follow Your Heart are way better. Although Kite Hill is a bit more expensive it's well worth it!

I wanted to make dirt pudding but it required cream cheese. I got this and wow. It is so creamy and smooth. I can't comment on the exact taste since it was mixed in with other stuff. But I got no weird after taste like with some vegan cheeses. I will definitley be ordering again and looking into more recipes that call for cream cheese!

When I first tried it for a while I couldn't get used to the taste. I tried it again months later and I loved it. I have it every morning on a bagel. Even my pets love it. I highly recommend trying it again if you didn't like it at first.

This tastes very good, almost similar to cream cheese, however it has a slight (extremely slight) weird after taste and the health content in this is yikes! But it still tastes great, highly recommend if you have a cream cheese craving!
